How it works?

1) Make your booking via the Internet, Fax or Post and receive immediate confirmation.
2) Drive to our car parking site.
3) Park your car, we load your baggage onto the minibus.
4) We drive you straight to your Departure Terminal
5) On your return, after having collected your baggage, you call our offices.
6) You’re picked up immediately and returned directly to your vehicle.

Booking

Can I also book by phone?
If you do not have any othe possibility yes. For security reasons, we would prefer to receive the reservation via Fax or Email
Can I just turn up without a reservation?
Pre-booking is important to ensure that there is no delay in your transfer to the airport.
Do I have to make the payment together with the reservation?
No, you will pay your parking fees on spot.

Tranfers

How long does it take the transfer to the airport?
It takes circa 5-8 minuten
I am flying on a public holiday!
Our Team is on duty 24 hours a day for 365 days a year.
We are flying at 2:30 in the morning, will there be someone available to drive us to the airport?
We offer a 24 hour service. Just advise the timings of your departure and arrival and we’ll organise the rest.
How much time should we allow for transfer to the airport?
You should allow an additional 20 minutes. Normal check-in is 2 hours in advance of departure therefore we suggest you arrive 2 ½ hours before your departure time.
Is there a fixed timetable for transfers?
No. The transfers operate 24 hours a day, and on demand.
How far away is the parking from the airport?
The parking is around 6 km from the airport.
What vehicles are used for the transfers?
VW, 9 seater – Minibus. Child seats available on request.
I have extra baggages, what shold I do?
Extra baggages (Windsurf, bycicles etc) have to be deliverd at the airport in advance and afterwards you drive to us with your car. By landing we will pick up only the passengers.

Parking

Is the car insured?
Our liability insurance will cover the legal liability against damage, destruction, theft, loss and unauthorised use of parked cars and their accessories (except contents, valuables, good) and from moving of those cars by tourcare, its employees or fulfilment personal as contracted by tourcare. In case of a material damage the indemnity limit is 30.000 EUR. The maximum compensation for all the insurance case in one year is 60.000 EUR. For any insurance case tourcare bears the 10 %, minimum 100 EUR, maximum EUR 1.000, of the compensation. Our liability insurance does not cover damages caused from third parties.
Do we have to leave the keys of our car?
Not generally. However if you require a car wash, they should be left with our office staff.

Pick up

How do I arrange a lift back to the car parking site on my return?
We ask that you telephone us after you have collected your baggage. We monitor flight departures and arrivals and will collect you as soon as your call is received.
Where will we be collected from on return?
For Terminal 1, we will collect you from the front of hall B. For Terminal 2, we will collect you from the front of hall E.
How can we recognise you?
Our team drive white minibuses with logo and wear red uniforms.

Payment

When do we have to pay?
You pay on spot.
Can we pay with credit cards?
You can pay cash, with Euro Card or credit card Master, Visa and American Express.
Do you offer permanent parking spaces?
Yes, please get in contact for prices and availability.
